Since inception in 1982—then known by the rather unprepossessing name of Nelly's Trump Catering Consultants—the Posh Nosh family of businesses have gradually evolved into what they are today.

Still under the personal direction of the founder, Anthony Zausmer, 2010 sees the different spheres revitalised and now grouped under the banner of Posh Nosh Ventures. The core catering operation—providing delicious food within your allocated budget since it was first established in 1999—continues to trade as the Posh Nosh Catering Company.

For our various corporate clients, we pride ourselves on the vertically-integrated set of services we have developed over the years, whilst still maintaining a sympathetic, personal touch to cater for your own, very specific, requirements.

Knowledge-based applications—from marketing, menu development and HACCP implementation to anonymous assessment of your staff and customer-facing procedures, undertaken with appropriate discretion—are now unified in the Posh Nosh Information division.

Anthony, personally, is the author of the handbook The Cheat’s Guide To Good Cocktails, and he has now amassed more than 30 years experience in the Catering/Licensed Trade. He has worked all over the country and run management contracts for receivers, brewers and private concerns during this time.
