Outside catering for all occasions and budgets!

All things catering since 1997

Originally incorporated in 1997, Posh Nosh was founded by Anthony Zausmer and grew out of Grandma Becky’s Kitchen and Alehouse Consultants. Since 2020 he has continued to oversee menu development but the day to day management of the company has passed to Hannah Cave.

Hannah’s brain child – Fodder Canteen – was a thriving café in Liverpool’s creative Baltic Triangle but sadly became another statistic of Covid. At the start of lockdown Hannah and Anthony joined forces and began delivering meals under the banner of Fodder at Home.

Since the easing of restrictions in July 2021 Posh Nosh Catering Co has returned to its core business of outside catering for all occasions and budgets.

Events Catering

Hatches, Matches and Dispatches . . .

the standard milestone events to be catered for but the range of hot and cold buffet food and seated meals which we offer is anything but standard!

Hannah and Anthony personally oversee every function, ensuring a faultless service.
From a modest do in your front room, to a larger gathering in the local village hall, to a full blown formal affair in a marquee – we can provide you with a tailored service to meet your specific requirements and budget.

Anything from covid safe party food, individually-wrapped, and specially curated graze boxes for your occasion, to our extremely popular Scouse and Curry hot buffets.

What our clients say about us

I’d been visiting Fodder for many years, and missed it during lockdown. I was glad when the home delivery began. Over the weeks there is a varied menu of good quality meals, not forgetting the old favourites of Scouse and rice pudding. Hannah and Anthony will often adapt a meal to make it GF for me. Hannah delivers the meals with a smile, and sometimes has time for a wee chat.
