Originally incorporated in 1997, Posh Nosh was founded by Anthony Zausmer and grew out of Grandma Becky’s Kitchen and Alehouse Consultants. Since 2020 he has continued to oversee menu development but the day to day management of the company has passed to Hannah Cave.
Hannah’s brain child – Fodder Canteen – was a thriving café in Liverpool’s creative Baltic Triangle but sadly became another statistic of Covid. At the start of lockdown Hannah and Anthony joined forces and began delivering meals under the banner of Fodder at Home.
Since the easing of restrictions in July 2021 Posh Nosh Catering Co has returned to its core business of outside catering for all occasions and budgets.

Anything from covid safe party food, individually-wrapped, and specially curated graze boxes for your occasion, to our extremely popular Scouse and Curry hot buffets.
